We’re technologists who’ve worked inside the problems you’re dealing with. Not consultants who read about them in case studies.

The Company

Consulting Forge was founded in Madrid in 2009. We started as an IT consultancy for businesses that needed strategic technology guidance without the overhead of a large agency.

Since then we have expanded our work across six practice areas, built delivery capability in Spain, the UK, Switzerland, and Malta, and developed a proprietary Digital Operating Platform that we now implement for growing businesses.

Our capital is 100% Spanish. Our client base is international. Our approach has stayed consistent: understand the business first, then design the technology around it.

Francisco De La Iglesia

He founded Consulting Forge to bring that same level of work to growing businesses that previously only large enterprises could access.

How We Work

We don’t recommend technology we haven’t used.

Our recommendations come from direct experience, not vendor briefings.

We don’t tie recommendations to commercial relationships.

We are vendor neutral. The right tool for the job is the right tool for the job.

We don’t hand over a report and disappear.

We stay involved through implementation. The work isn’t finished until it works.

We don’t fit your business to a framework.

Technology should adapt to how your business operates. Not the other way around.
